Kumogakure Ryu

The “Kumogakure Ryu” is based upon the Gikan Ryu, Kotoh Ryu, Gyokko Ryu, Togakure Ryu, and other schools.

Tanemura Shoto was given Menkyo Kaiden in 1979 (Showa era 54). Since 1984 (Showa era 59), Soke has begun teaching the authentic traditional Japanese martial art of Kumogakure Ryu. Soke is teaching this system directly as well as through certified instructors in the United States, Europe, Japan, and the rest of the world.
